Specialist in the Technical Services Sector (Engineering profile) in the Technical Directorate.
General job description for the above position:
The Specialist in the Technical Services Sector (Engineering profile) in the Technical Directorate processes the requests/applications of contracting authorities related to the procurement, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment, providing professional support according to the needs and tasks assigned by the institution.
Main duties consist of the following:
Processes requests/applications submitted by contracting authorities for procurement, mainly related to medical equipment maintenance;
Verifies the compliance of contracting authorities’ requests with legal requirements;
Handles assigned tasks responsibly and within deadlines as delegated by the sector supervisor;
Identifies opportunities for further improvement of procedures and work techniques;
Monitors the implementation of contracts related to medical equipment maintenance and reports periodically on their progress;
Participates in the development of procurement procedures initiated by the head of the institution and responsibly implements duties as required by the current legislation.
General criteria:
Must have high professional and moral integrity;
Must be an Albanian citizen;
Must have full legal capacity to act;
Must be in health conditions that allow the performance of the respective duties;
Must not have a final criminal conviction;
Must not be under investigation or trial.
Specific criteria that the candidate must meet:
Must have completed university studies in Engineering, Biomedical, Electronics, or similar fields;
Must hold a Master of Science or Professional Master degree;
Must have at least 2 years of work experience. Candidates with procurement experience have an advantage;
Must have very good knowledge of the English language;
Must have good communication and teamwork skills;
Must have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Web browser.

Photocopy of the employment record book or similar document to prove work experience;
Photocopies of qualification certificates (if any);
Photocopies of foreign language certificates (if any);
