The first meeting was held with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and its subordinate institutions, aiming to strengthen cooperation and increase efficiency in public procurement processes.
During the roundtable, discussions focused on the rules of institutional communication between the CPO and contracting authorities, the use of catalogs with technical specifications and unified prices, as well as the concrete needs of institutions for procurement procedures.
The CPO will continue organizing coordination roundtables with all beneficiary institutions to enhance inter-institutional coordination and optimize joint procurement processes.
