Public Institutions highly value the services of CPO

As part of its commitment to continuous service improvement, the Centralized Purchasing Operator has conducted a survey with public institutions that have benefited from centralized procurement services.
172 unique clients participated in this process, who gave their assessment of several key aspects, such as:
✔️ Speed ​​and transparency of procurement procedures;
✔️ Communication and cooperation with CPO staff;
✔️ Ease of use of product and service catalogs;
✔️ Concrete benefits from cooperation with CPO, in terms of efficiency and cost optimization.
We are pleased to present the results of the survey, which show that public institutions have expressed a high level of appreciation for the services provided by CPO. At the same time, valuable suggestions for further improvements have also been addressed, which CPO will take into account in order to increase the quality and effectiveness of services.
