The “European Public Procurement Law Course” provided participants with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the European principles and legal framework governing public procurement, selection and evaluation criteria, procurement procedures, concessions, remedies and appeal mechanisms, strategic procurement, and relevant case law.
An important part of the programme was a visit to the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, offering participants the opportunity to gain a closer understanding of its role in the interpretation and application of EU law.
This experience contributes to strengthening the professional capacities of OBP staff and further aligning public procurement practices with European standards.
