This training brought together public procurement professionals from various European countries to share experiences and strengthen professional capacities, with the participation of Mr. Erjon Goduni and Mr. Frenkli Hasimllari, representatives of the Centralized Purchasing Operator (CPO).

During the training, participants covered important topics such as:

  • Inclusion of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in public procurement;

  • Principles and strategies of negotiation in procurement procedures;

  • Collaborative approaches for market engagement and European initiatives such as the “Big Buyers Initiative” and the “EIC Innovation Procurement Programme”;

  • Identification, prevention, and management of conflicts of interest during the procurement process;

  • Legal aspects of modifying contracts and framework agreements in accordance with European Union directives.

The program concluded with a graduation ceremony, where participants received certificates recognizing their engagement and contribution during the training.
