The Centralized Purchasing Operator (CPO) is launching a series of training sessions for public institutions across the country to introduce the use of the new prokurimet.obp.al platform, which enables the electronic submission of requests for the initiation of procurement procedures with the CPO.
The training sessions will take place during August and September 2026, combining both online and in-person sessions according to a dedicated schedule for each region. During the training, participants will be introduced to:
the process of accessing the platform;
how to create and submit procurement requests;
the platform’s main functionalities;
communication procedures between public institutions and the CPO;
practical demonstrations and a question-and-answer session.
The CPO invites all institutions included in the training schedule to participate in the relevant sessions in order to become familiar with the platform’s functionalities and ensure its proper and effective use in procurement processes.
The prokurimet.obp.al platform has been developed to simplify communication between contracting authorities and the CPO, while enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and speed of procurement request administration.
