The Centralized Purchasing Operator (CPO) participated in the conference organized by the Public Procurement Agency on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Public Procurement in Albania.
In the presence of the Prime Minister, representatives of national institutions, international partners, and procurement professionals, developments, challenges, and the vision for the future were discussed. In his speech, Prime Minister Rama also emphasized that the CPO will evolve into a high-level center of expertise regarding procurement in the country.
At this conference, the staff of the Centralized Purchasing Operator was recognized with two awards facilitated by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD):
• Edona Daçi – internship at EBRD offices in London
• Erion Goduni – Master’s degree in procurement at the University of Tor Vergata, Rome
