The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and discuss the “Special Regulation for Contracting Authorities on Centralized Procurement by the CPO” adopted for healthcare institutions, with a focus on:
• institutional communication procedures,
• the process of planning and consolidating requests,
• catalogs with standardized technical specifications and unified prices,
• identifying needs for current and upcoming procedures.
The meeting served as an important step toward increasing efficiency, transparency, and coordination in healthcare sector procurement.
