MARKETING SPECIALIST JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Marketing Specialist in the Support Services Directorate

The marketing specialist is responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to support the achievement of company objectives.

The main tasks of the job position consist of the following:

  • Tracks and manages the company’s presence on social media platforms, including drafting regular posts. He responds to followers’ questions and comments, as well as devising strategies to increase OBP’s social media engagement and influence.
  • Monitors the reputation and perception of the Company in the public. Track reports on social media, and public feedback to identify any potential issues and develop strategies for them.
  • Develops marketing strategies for increasing the Company’s commercial performance.

GENERAL CRITERIA :

  • To have high professional and moral integrity;
  • To be an Albanian citizen;
  • To have full capacity to act;
  • To be in health conditions that allow him to perform the relevant task;
  • Not to be convicted by a final decision;
  • Not to be in the investigation and trial process;

SPECIAL CRITERIA THAT THE CANDIDATE MUST FULFILL:

  • To have completed university studies in marketing, communication sciences, arts, social sciences and similar.
  • Possess a Master of Science or Professional Master’s degree;
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of marketing;
  • Have very good knowledge of the English language;
  • Have good communication and group cooperation skills;
  • To use the Microsoft Office package and Web browser very well.

  • Request for application, clearly stating the position for which it is applied;

  • Notarized photocopy of diploma;
  • Photocopies of the work book or similar document to prove the work experience;
  • Photocopies of qualification certificates (if any);
  • Photocopies of evidence of foreign languages ​​(if any);
  • Verification of judicial status;
  • Verification of ability to work.
