“Centralized Purchasing Operator” JSC held its next public consultation as part of the crucial process of standardizing and unifying the technical specifications of procurement goods.
The consultative session consisted of technical discussions with economic operators regarding the draft catalog prepared for the purchase of toners. Concrete suggestions were considered and will be implemented in the preparation of the final catalog, with the aim of finalizing a comprehensive material to assist all interested parties in the development of public procurement.
The process of unifying the technical specifications and prices of procurement goods by OBP has proven to be efficient and effective for public authorities. Approved catalogs for “Purchase of furniture and equipment” and “Office supplies” have been widely used by authorities, reducing the time required to complete a procurement procedure and saving state budget funds.
