(Engagement under a service contract)
Pursuant to Law No. 162/2020 “On Public Procurement”, Council of Ministers Decision No. 531, dated 07.09.2023 “On the establishment of the state-owned joint-stock company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ (CPO) sh.a., for conducting specific public procurement procedures on behalf and for the account of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries and Subordinate Institutions”, point 18, letter (ç), as well as Council of Ministers Decision No. 768, dated 13.12.2024 “On certain amendments and additions to Decision No. 531, dated 07.09.2023 of the Council of Ministers”, within the framework of reviewing the catalogue with the object “Services in the field of insurance…”, CPO sh.a. is seeking an actuarial expert to be involved in the working group on the unification of technical specifications for this procurement object.
The expert must meet the following criteria:
Must hold a university degree “Master of Science” in one of the following fields: actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, risk management, investments, finance, or demography;
Must have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of actuarial science;
Preferably holds postgraduate certifications in actuarial sciences.
