Pursuant to Law No. 162/2020 “On Public Procurement”, Council of Ministers Decision No. 531, dated 07.09.2023 “On the establishment of the state-owned joint-stock company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ (CPO) sh.a., for conducting specific public procurement procedures on behalf and for the account of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries and Subordinate Institutions”, point 18, letter (ç), the CPO sh.a., within the framework of unifying and standardizing technical specifications and drafting the catalogue of the procurement object “Purchase of soft materials and clothing”, is seeking an expert in the field of Textile Engineering and Fashion.
The expert must meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed higher education in Textile Engineering and Fashion;
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience (similar experience constitutes an advantage);
- Preferably holds postgraduate certifications in the field of textile engineering;
