The Centralized Purchasing Operator (CPO) invites all interested economic operators to submit their financial offers as part of the market research process for the above-mentioned subject matter.
This notice is issued pursuant to Articles 34 and 35 of Law No. 162, dated 23 December 2020, “On Public Procurement,” as amended; Articles 12, 13 and 76 of Council of Ministers Decision (CMD) No. 285, dated 19 May 2021, “On the Approval of Public Procurement Rules,” as amended; CMD No. 531, dated 7 September 2023, “On the Establishment of the State-Owned Joint-Stock Company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ sh.a., for the Conduct of Special Procurement Procedures on Behalf of and for the Account of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries and Subordinate Institutions,” as amended; as well as CMD No. 245, dated 17 April 2024.
