The Centralized Purchasing Operator informs all contracting authorities that, effective 5 August 2026, requests for the initiation of procurement procedures with the CPO may be submitted electronically through the official platform: prokurimet.obp.al.
The platform enables the submission, management, and tracking of procurement requests in a faster, more transparent, and more efficient manner, reducing the need for physical documentation and shortening the time required for communication between contracting authorities and the CPO.
Contracting authorities are encouraged to use the platform for submitting new procurement requests, in accordance with the relevant guidelines and procedures.
