The Centralized Purchasing Operator (CPO), in support of the National Agency of Protected Areas (NAPA), hereby invites all interested economic operators to submit their offers for the following subject:
“Large-Scale Reforestation through Precision Drone Planting”
Pursuant to Articles 34 and 35 of Law No. 162, dated 23.12.2020, “On Public Procurement”, as amended; Articles 12, 13 and 76 of Council of Ministers Decision No. 285, dated 19.05.2021, “On the Approval of Public Procurement Rules”, as amended; Council of Ministers Decision No. 531, dated 07.09.2023, “On the Establishment of the State-Owned Joint Stock Company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ JSC for the Conduct of Special Procurement Procedures, on behalf and for the account of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries and their Dependent Institutions”, as amended.
With reference to Council of Ministers Decision No. 531, dated 07.09.2023, “On the Establishment of the State-Owned Joint Stock Company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ JSC for the Conduct of Special Procurement Procedures, on behalf and for the account of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries and their Dependent Institutions”, as well as Council of Ministers Decision No. 245, dated 17.04.2024:
Accordingly, we kindly request you to submit an offer for the service entitled “Large-Scale Reforestation through Precision Drone Planting”, on behalf of the National Agency of Protected Areas (NAPA).
