The Centralized Purchasing Operator (OBP) invites all interested economic operators to submit their offer for the following subject:
“Purchase of Software Licenses” for the National Schemes of the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development
Pursuant to Articles 34 and 35 of Law No. 162, dated 23.12.2020, “On Public Procurement”, as amended; Articles 12, 13 and 76 of Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 285, dated 19.05.2021, “On the Approval of Public Procurement Rules”, as amended; and point 13/5 of Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 531, dated 07.09.2023, “On the Establishment of the State Joint Stock Company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ (OBP) JSC, for the Conduct of Special Procurement Procedures, on behalf and for the account of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries and Dependent Institutions”, as amended.
Pursuant to point 13/5 of Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 531, dated 07.09.2023, as amended, the Centralized Purchasing Operator (OBP) JSC, in its capacity as the Central Purchasing Body, shall also carry out the calculation of the estimated procurement value, in accordance with the legislation in force on public procurement.
Therefore, we kindly request you to submit an offer for the service with the following subject:
“Purchase of Software Licenses”
Attached you will find the offer form and the software license table, to be completed by the economic operator.
