The Centralized Purchasing Operator (OBP) invites all interested economic operators to submit their offers for the following procurement:
Purchase of support services for FortiGate and Cisco licenses for the project entitled “Maintenance of the ISSH System and Physical Infrastructure” for the Social Insurance Institute.
Pursuant to Articles 34 and 35 of Law No. 162, dated 23 December 2020, “On Public Procurement,” as amended; Articles 12, 13 and 76 of Council of Ministers Decision (CMD) No. 285, dated 19 May 2021, “On the Approval of Public Procurement Rules,” as amended; and point 13/5 of CMD No. 531, dated 7 September 2023, “On the Establishment of the State-Owned Joint-Stock Company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ (OBP), for the Conduct of Special Procurement Procedures on Behalf of and for the Account of the Office of the Prime Minister, Ministries and Subordinate Institutions,” as amended.
Pursuant to point 13/5 of CMD No. 531, dated 7 September 2023, “On the Establishment of the State-Owned Joint-Stock Company ‘Centralized Purchasing Operator’ (OBP), for the Conduct of Special Procurement Procedures on Behalf of and for the Account of the Office of the Prime Minister, Ministries and Subordinate Institutions,” as amended, the Centralized Purchasing Operator (OBP), JSC, in its capacity as the central purchasing body, is also responsible for calculating the estimated procurement value in accordance with the legislation in force on public procurement.
In view of the above, we kindly request that you submit a quotation for the following service: Purchase of support services for FortiGate and Cisco licenses for the project entitled “Maintenance of the ISSH System and Physical Infrastructure” for the Social Insurance Institute.
Attached, you will find the form and the license table to be completed by the economic operator.
